When hired by Angels Care, agency caregivers are generally W-2 employees. Employment terms, required forms, and onboarding requirements apply.
Agency employees may have workers’ compensation coverage and may qualify for unemployment benefits when qualifying conditions and applicable law are met. We can explain the process; the relevant agencies make those decisions.
